The client for this project is Bewilder, a mycotechnology company based in Singapore that focuses on the real-world and potential applications of fungi. The brief was to design sustainable, reusable packaging for their Fungarium (Fungi Terrarium).
My concept for the packaging design explores the relationship between mushroom mycelium and the moon cycle. By incorporating elements of moonlight into the design, I aim to highlight the natural connection between these two phenomena. This unique blend of natural rhythms not only celebrates the magic of mushrooms but also ensures the packaging can serve a "second life" as a paper lantern.
